Online Ordering/Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express at this time. All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card account will be charged for the amount of sale including shipping and taxes (if applicable) before your order can be shipped. Also, your Billing Address and Phone number must match what you have on record for your credit card or the order may not be approved until we have the right information.

Shipping/Tracking

Cigarcave.com ships all humidors and accessories within 1-2 business days and due to overwhelming demand for cigars within 2-3 days (Monday - Friday) of paid orders. All continental US orders are shipped via UPS. All Cigar Humidors are shipped UPS except for military addresses. Cigarcave.com does not sell or ship outside the continental 48 states of the United States. No orders will be shipped to P.O. Box number.

Shipping Policies

•     Must be 21 years or older to order from Cigarcave.com
•     A sales tax of 8.25% applies to all Texas residents
•     Lighters are shipped via ground parcel services. Express shipping in not available.
•     No shipments to P.O. Boxes. If we accept an order for Alaska and Hawaii, shipping rates will be higher than standard rates and will be added to order. We suggest that you contact our Customer Service Department for Rates before ordering. Insurance charges may be added to certain products and shipment to certain locations and may not be shown at time of ordering.
•     A confirmation of your order along with all charges will be emailed to you along with your shipment tracking number.
•     Certain products that are oversized and larger orders may require additional shipping charges.

When do I get my Stuff?

It seems that when you place your order today, we should have shipped it out last week –right? So we understand you want it as soon as possible and we work hard to get it to you via the most reliable shippers in the business. All in-stock orders that are received by 3pm EST are processed as soon as possible and we estimate shipping to you takes 2 to 7 business days (we do not include weekends or holidays) from date of shipment and your receiving location from our shipping location.

We update our online inventory regularly, but there may be times when a demand for certain product(s) may have caused the product to be temporary sold out or backordered. If the product you ordered is not immediately available for shipping, we will ship the order as soon as it becomes available. If the product(s) you ordered is completely sold out with no ETA (estimate time of arrival), we may offer you a product of similar or equal value in exchange for the product you ordered. We are not and will not be held responsible for UPS, FedEx or other shipper errors or other delays out of our control. If you have a urgent or time sensitive order, please call our Customer Service Representatives for assistance before placing your order to verify product availability and shipping options.

Returns/Refunds

Humidor and Accessories - All Shortages, overages, damages and manufacturer defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt, after that period of no more than 15 days of receipt, a refund less shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee applies. Merchandise must be unused and received in original condition. Please include all original packing materials, accessories and manuals. Used merchandise is non-returnable. Please check all merchandise carefully upon receipt. If a product is damaged during shipment, please call our customer support department and we will contact the carrier and arrange for a merchandise return.

Note: Merchandise shipped by freight truck needs to be inspected and damages noted on the Bill of Lading before driver leaves. Failure to comply will result in our inability to process a damage/loss claim for merchandise

Cigars - There are no refunds on any tobacco products including Cigars. In the event that you get a cigar product that is damaged by mold or insects, Cigarcave will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any accepted cigar returns are offered in a exchange for the same like product or granted a in-house credit for future purchases from Cigarcave.com. In the case that the product is no longer available, Cigarcave.com at its’ own discretion will offer a product of equal value for exchange.

Customer service is the key to our success and we are confident you will love our cigar humidors or any item you purchase from our company. Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item and our customer service department will help you through the process. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must first be obtained before any product can be returned and accepted. Any products returned back to Cigarcave.com without a RMA will be refused. Any and all products that are shipped back to our warehouse without a RMA and are not claimed after 45 days will be destroyed.

Cigarcave.com insures all shipments and therefore if you receive a damaged cigar humidor we will promptly correct the problem. Just advise us of the issue and we will get right to work submitting the claim and getting a new humidor shipped out to replace the damaged one, all replacements ship once the defective merchandise is returned and processed. All returned cigar accessories including cigar humidors must be sent back in the original box with all associated accessories and are subject to a 20% return fee. Shipping costs back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the buyer. There are no refunds or credits on Shipping Costs.
